SandCastle Theme & Category Selections Due.
Last Day for Refunds.
T-shirt sizes and quantities for the ENTIRE TEAM due.
T-shirts cannot be distributed unless this information is provided. Additional shirts and beach bash tickets can be purchased at the T-shirt distribution party.

Thursday, May 8 -
SandCastle Building Workshop & Rules Review.
A&E - The Graphics Complex, 4235 Richmond Ave. 6:00 - 8:00 pm.
Come learn how last year’s Golden Bucket Winner, David Suplee, did it
and enjoy complimentary beer and soda.

Wednesday, May 28 -
T-Shirt Distribution Party and Rules Review.
SpawMaxwell, 4321 Directors Row.
T-shirt distribution from 5:30 - 7:30 pm.
Teams must send at least one representative to pick up T-shirts, event participant wristbands, and Friday Night Beach Bash wristbands.

Friday, May 30 -
Friday Night Beach Bash (for team members and sponsors).
Galveston Island Hilton Resort. 7:00 - 10:00 pm.
Tickets are $20 in advance and $30 at the door. Live entertainment, complimentary food, beer & soda. Cash bar.
Must wear special temporary Beach Bash wristband to enter. Sponsored by Associated Masonry Contractors.

Saturday, May 31 -
6:30 - 10:00 am Mandatory Team Check-in at the East Beach Pavilion Rain date to be determined if required.
7:00 - 8:30 am Beach open for access to sites
8:30 - 9:00 am Clear beach of all vehicles unloading equipment and supplies
10:00 am - 3:00 pm SandCastle Building -
3:00 - 4:30 pm SandCastle Judging
4:30 - 5:00 pm Awards Ceremony
3:00 pm - Dusk Pictures of all sandcastles and winning team

Team Registration Fee is $200 per team.

The fee includes T-shirts and event wristbands (which allow access to
sponsor tents and their giveaways) for up to 10 team members.
There is a fee of $15 for each additional team member beyond the initial 10.

Arrangements have been made and a limited number of rooms
have been blocked at the Galveston Island Hilton Resort,
